Pool & Beach Server

About the role

The Pool & Beach Server delivers premium food and beverage service to guests at Four Seasons’ Cabo Del Sol resort. Working in a high‑end, beachfront environment, you will guide guests through the outlet concept, recommend products, and ensure every interaction creates an unforgettable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive food and beverage service at the pool and beach areas.
• Explain menu items, spirits, cocktails, and wines to guests, tailoring recommendations to their preferences.
• Maintain high service standards while handling high‑volume periods and stressful situations.
• Execute daily shift tasks, support team members, and adhere to safety, hygiene, and liquor‑regulation protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and uphold Four Seasons’ service excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in ultra‑luxury hotel or resort service.
• Strong knowledge of high‑service standards and luxury guest expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proactive attitude, polished presentation, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure.
• Valid work authorization in Mexico.
