Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to act as a strategic execution partner to North America category leadership. The role will support the development and execution of sourcing initiatives, drive measurable value, and ensure operational excellence across indirect spend categories.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end sourcing, contract management and procurement activities for key indirect categories.
• Partner closely with U.S.-based category leadership to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Lead complex negotiations for goods, services and resale agreements, delivering cost savings and value creation.
• Manage supplier relationships, driving performance, consolidation and continuous improvement.
• Identify and execute cost-optimization opportunities through scale and standardisation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align and adopt procurement strategies.
• Support implementation of category strategies into scalable, repeatable processes.
• Leverage analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Track and communicate KPIs, value delivery and results to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing and category management.
• Experience with indirect or GNFR categories (preferred).
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and complex contract management.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) and strong commercial mindset.
• Analytical thinking with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
