Program Project Management Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Program Project Management Lead to drive cross‑functional initiatives, collaborate with multiple teams, and influence strategic decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project management activities from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure clear objectives and deliverables.
• Manage project milestones and dependencies to maintain smooth progress and timely delivery.
• Support oversight of financial, contractual, and operational commitments related to projects.
• Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and regular status reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks as outlined in the project plan to safeguard project success.
• Guide, mentor, and coordinate team members to ensure effective performance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and make impactful decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
