Project Manager, Delivery Operations

About the role

Tesla is looking for a motivated Project Manager to join the Latin America Sales and Delivery Operations team. You will work closely with business partners and local teams to improve delivery processes, boost customer satisfaction, and standardize operations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and streamline Delivery Day processes to enhance customer happiness and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement new processes that improve the delivery experience.
• Develop data‑driven recommendations to upgrade pre‑delivery systems and tools.
• Structure pilots, monitor results, iterate, and launch solutions at scale.
• Conduct data analysis, provide weekly feedback to stakeholders, and track improvement areas.
• Perform field visits and interviews to capture best practices and communicate findings across diverse forums.
• Present program outcomes and insights to executive leadership and business partners.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to senior leaders.
• Quick problem‑solving capability to address root causes.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence internal and external partners.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects in a global, customer‑facing environment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, fluid, and demanding work setting.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
