Project Manager – Geosolutions

About the role

The Geosolutions Center in Villahermosa is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead seismic data processing projects from inception to delivery. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all project phases, set deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Maintain project profitability by tracking P&L against baselines.
• Oversee resource allocation, schedule, and budget management.
• Monitor production quality, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare recovery plans with Center Manager and Client Lead when profitability falls short.
• Report status, propose solutions, and communicate with local and regional management.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in seismic data processing and geophysics.
• Proven ability to understand client objectives (geologic, commercial, technical).
• Experience mentoring technical teams and driving project execution.

Required skills

• Omega and Petrel for seismic processing.
• Signal processing, velocity model building, time and depth imaging.
• SGD, SDM, and reservoir characterization workflows.
• Advanced project management (time, cost, scope, quality, resources).
