Project Manager III – Development Projects

About the role

TE is seeking a highly organized Project Manager III to lead the end‑to‑end execution of new product development projects. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including Product Management, Sales, Manufacturing, Development, and Operations—to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all project activities from initiation to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with the Planisware (PLW) Project framework and LEANPD process.
• Develop and maintain a project‑specific communication plan, including weekly customer meetings and internal evaluations.
• Create comprehensive project schedules, define milestones, and manage critical paths.
• Monitor project risk, record deviations, and implement mitigation actions.
• Control project budget, simulate product costs, and manage P&L for the development phase.
• Prepare regular status reports and present updates to the Project Approval Committee.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or an equivalent field.
• More than 7 years of experience in mechanical/electrical design or manufacturing, with a proven track record as a project manager.

• Planisware (PLW) project management tool.
• LEANPD process methodology.
