Project Manager

About the role

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet schedule, budget and stakeholder expectations. The role serves as the main liaison between clients, internal teams and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Manage project execution, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and monitor issues proactively.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to clients and management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting and billing.
• Facilitate post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering (Electro‑Mechanical) or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electronic product design and manufacturing.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
