Project Manager

About the role

Gravity Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple marketing projects across its global client base. The successful candidate will coordinate with creative, technical and account teams to deliver high‑quality work on time, within scope and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets, managing all phases from initiation to closure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Allocate resources effectively, monitor team performance and adjust as needed.
• Identify project risks, create mitigation strategies and address issues promptly.
• Maintain quality standards through rigorous review and control processes.
• Produce comprehensive documentation, status reports and regular updates for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana or Trello.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (a plus).
