Search Experience Specialist

About the role

As a Search Experience Specialist you will own end‑to‑end search experience strategies and workflow for assigned clients. You will be responsible for SEO, GEO/AEO and content strategy execution, managing deliverables and ensuring on‑time delivery while leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute core SEO, GEO and content deliverables with high accuracy and thorough QA.
• Conduct keyword research, build keyword maps and content clusters aligned with client business goals.
• Assign tasks to support resources, review work for quality, brand voice and accuracy.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports that connect organic search efforts to client KPIs.
• Identify patterns or anomalies during execution and flag them to strategists or account directors.
• Support the team’s search testing roadmap and document results for senior strategists.
• Maintain deliverable status and QA notes in Asana/nova for transparent progress tracking.
• Leverage the Nova ecosystem, AI tools (Claude), and Power Digital workflows (Asana, Slack, Google Drive) to manage work.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an organic search role (internship or similar); client‑facing experience is a plus.
• Foundational understanding of SEO and GEO concepts, including on‑page, technical and off‑page factors.
• Strong time‑management, prioritisation and organisational skills across multiple client accounts.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a collaborative team attitude.
• Advanced spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfort using Claude or comparable AI tools as part of daily workflow.
