Project Manager – Tooling & Production

About the role

V1 Moldes is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead tooling and production projects from initiation to delivery. Based on‑site in Aguascalientes, the role ensures that projects meet timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project activities, defining milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, production, logistics, and quality teams to keep projects on track.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and suppliers, providing regular updates and documentation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Support expediting functions, follow up on supplier orders, and ensure on‑time delivery of tools and components.
• Oversee inspections, dimensional checks, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Align logistics plans with production schedules to guarantee timely shipments.

Required profile

• Strong project delivery capabilities with experience in planning, budgeting, and resource control.
• Background in expediting, supplier follow‑up, and logistics management.
• Experience in inspection coordination and quality assurance within manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior work in mold making, injection molding, stamping, or similar industrial production is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
