Quality Control Engineer

About the role

The Quality Control Engineer will support the implementation and certification of Molex’s quality systems across multiple standards (ISO 9001, IATF TS16949, ISO 13485, VDA, FDA, AS9100). You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, planning, mechanical and HR teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with internal and external audits, maintaining and improving quality systems based on audit results.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary teams to address customer Quality Notifications (QNs) and communicate directly with customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date production documentation when inspection plans, engineering revisions, serial numbers or part numbers change.
• Generate internal deviations, conduct tests and measurements, obtain engineering approvals, and release material for delivery.
• Share best practices and standardization efforts across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in medical, automotive or commercial quality engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO / IATF 16949 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Advanced conversational English.
