Quality Engineer – Stamping

About the role

The Quality Engineer – Stamping is responsible for ensuring dimensional accuracy of parts, dies and components throughout the stamping process. You will use advanced metrology equipment to capture measurements, track performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform dimensional measurements using CMM, ATOS, ARGUS and LEICA systems.
• Maintain equipment certification, fixture status, CN updates and R&R validations.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (CP, CPK, EBO, SPIR) and implement corrective actions.
• Scan parts, dies and components, record results and maintain templates.
• Monitor SPIR results, take appropriate actions on variations, and keep the CMM calibrated.
• Provide measurement data and templates to support production and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Experience with dimensional measurement and metrology in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage and interpret KPI data (CP, CPK, EBO, SPIR).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with equipment certification processes and fixture maintenance.
