Quality Improvement Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Improvement Leader to drive continuous improvement across our high‑performance automotive manufacturing operations. The role combines hands‑on problem solving with strategic leadership, turning data into actions that enhance safety, quality, cost, and production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop Quality & Improvement Engineers across multiple manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional improvement projects targeting safety, quality, people, cost, and production goals.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement opportunities aligned with business needs.
• Facilitate data‑driven problem‑solving activities using root‑cause analysis tools.
• Propose, track, and validate investment and improvement projects.
• Monitor initiatives to ensure execution, sustainability, and measurable impact.
• Promote a continuous‑improvement culture throughout manufacturing teams.
• Support capability growth and development of Quality Engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Advanced business‑level English communication skills.
• Proven experience leading teams or coordinating technical groups.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing methodology.
• Lean Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt or Black Belt certification).
• Advanced data analysis and decision‑making.
• Root‑cause analysis and other problem‑solving techniques.
• Project management and execution.
• Digitalization mindset and familiarity with related tools.
