Recruiter – High‑Volume Hiring for LATAM Operations

About the role

Flix is expanding its LATAM operations and seeks a proactive Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for business departments, focusing on high‑volume operational, shop and retail positions. Based in Mexico City, the role works in a hybrid model and partners closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle for multiple business departments, with a focus on high‑volume operational and retail roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and their teams to ensure efficient and transparent hiring processes.
• Own and drive the offer process from start to finish, providing a world‑class candidate experience.
• Promote Flix’s employer brand and champion its culture throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain high data quality and standards in recruitment tools, particularly Greenhouse.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience.
• Proven track record in high‑volume hiring for operational, retail, or customer‑service roles.
• Strong offer and stakeholder management skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Proactive working style with keen attention to detail and quality.
• Fluent in Spanish and good command of English.

Required skills

• Experience using the Greenhouse recruiting platform.
