About the role

The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent for a global climate‑technology company. This position involves building pipelines through job fairs, career events, and partnerships with local organizations while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline by attending job fairs, career events, and networking activities.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, community outreach, and local schools or universities.
• Develop relationships with staffing agencies, career centers, and industry groups.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and support the interview process.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Provide regular updates to candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Track recruiting metrics such as interviews conducted, offers extended, and time‑to‑fill.
• Handle job offers, background checks, and other pre‑employment activities.
• Flexibly attend evening or weekend events as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with field or in‑person recruitment.
• Experience in high‑volume recruitment, candidate sourcing, and relationship building.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work outside regular hours.
