Recruiter – Multiple Verticals (Remote)

About the role

ScalesSource is building a new recruitment engine that delivers world‑class candidates in 14 days or less. As a Recruiter you will own the full hiring desk across multiple verticals, providing a white‑glove experience for every candidate, even those who are not selected.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end recruiting for ScalesSource roles, targeting a 14‑day time‑to‑hire.
• Post compelling job ads, screen candidates rigorously, and move quickly through the pipeline.
• Deliver a world‑class candidate experience with a 24‑hour feedback SLA.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, sales, ops and other recruiters.
• Lead recruitment improvement projects and own at least one internal initiative.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Experience hiring remote talent across different regions.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to accelerate workflows.
• Familiarity with an ATS, preferably Workable.
• Strong opinions about recruitment processes and a willingness to discuss ideas.

• USD 1,250 per month for the first 90 days, with potential increase to USD 1,500 after performance review.
