Recruiting Services Professional

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiting Services Professional to lead talent acquisition initiatives across its consulting units. You will partner with client managers to design and execute recruiting strategies that bring top talent into the organization, ensuring compliance and alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Manage the full selection process, ensuring adherence to business controls.
• Collaborate with Client Managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Provide direction and escalation support to team members, guiding them through recruitment processes.
• Oversee talent processes, including immigration status management where required.
• Help build a workforce with critical skills that supports client objectives and business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Experience in talent acquisition, staffing processes, and compliance.
• Proven ability to work with clients to define staffing requirements.
• Leadership experience in guiding recruitment teams.
• Familiarity with workforce planning and immigration status management.
