About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Regional Key Account Manager to lead its Mexico sales operations within the Business Development division. This senior position will drive strategic growth and expand the company’s presence in the international logistics market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the field sales team to exceed targets while fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Mexican market and aligned with global objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for customized logistics solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competition and customer feedback to guide sales initiatives and product development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular forecasts, reports and strategic insights to senior management.
• Recruit, develop and retain top sales talent, ensuring continuous professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in international logistics and sales.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
