Regional Sales Execution Manager – Puebla

About the role

As a Regional Sales Execution Manager you will lead P&G’s in‑store execution strategy across the state of Puebla, combining strategic insight with hands‑on field leadership to drive brand visibility and sales at the point of purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Own the in‑store execution strategy and results for the assigned state, ensuring merchandising, planogram compliance, promotional activation and brand visibility.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for the Key Account Manager of a major regional retail chain, building strong relationships with operative managers and stakeholders.
• Influence decision‑makers to position P&G as the best‑executed and preferred supplier within the regional chain.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of field sales representatives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Analyze competitive retail landscape, shopper behavior and market dynamics to create actionable strategies that maximize sales fundamentals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Full‑time availability (40 hrs/week) with a start date as soon as possible.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing abilities.
