Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets across an assigned dealer network, ensuring strong commercial execution, optimal inventory levels, and consistent application of Geely’s commercial strategies throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate commercial strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets set by Geely.
• Provide daily support to dealerships, aligning their operations with Geely’s commercial objectives.
• Track sales performance, wholesale and retail activities, and commercial KPIs on a daily basis.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels at dealerships, managing volume, model mix, and key product availability.
• Analyze market conditions, competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer behavior to propose effective regional strategies.
• Visit dealerships regularly to ensure proper implementation of sales processes, brand standards, and customer experience guidelines.
• Drive improvement of SSI results within the dealer base and act as the main liaison between Geely and the dealerships.
• Facilitate fluid communication, timely information flow, and alignment of strategies between dealers and Geely’s Sales Department.
• Provide regular feedback to internal teams on dealer performance, opportunities, risks, and local market dynamics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, dealer management, regional sales, or similar roles with proven achievement of sales targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret KPIs and market indicators.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
