Registered Nurse – TN Visa Sponsorship (Full‑time, New Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. The position offers full‑time employment, TN Visa sponsorship, and support for relocation and housing. You will provide high‑quality nursing care to a predominantly geriatric, Spanish‑speaking population.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate charting and incident reports in accordance with facility policies.
• Handle narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction procedures.
• Document changes in patients' conditions, including nutrition, infections, skin integrity, and weight loss.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to place and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Notify relevant departments of room changes, admissions, discharges, and leaves of absence.
• Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

• Current RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work in a bilingual (Spanish/English) environment.
