Registered Nurse – TN Visa Sponsorship in New Mexico

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. The position offers full sponsorship for a TN visa, relocation assistance, and a renewable three‑year contract. You will work primarily with geriatric patients, many of whom are Spanish speaking.

Key responsibilities

• Follow established procedures for charting, incident reporting, narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Document changes in patient conditions, including nutrition, infections, skin issues, and weight loss.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to place and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Notify relevant departments of room changes, admissions, discharges, and leaves of absence.
• Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

• Valid RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Proficiency in English.
