Remote Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to join our fast‑paced eCommerce support team during peak season. This fully remote position is open to candidates based in Mexico who are fluent in English and enjoy assisting customers via phone, chat, email, and SMS.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across phone, chat, email, and SMS channels.
• Provide purchase‑related assistance and order support.
• Follow up on pending and unresolved interactions.
• Document all customer contacts accurately in the system.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution‑focused service.
• Build positive relationships through clear communication.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and tabs.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.

What we offer

• Paid training (one week) followed by a week of supported on‑the‑job experience.
