Remote Junior Software Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, offering flexibility for developers looking to apply their skills in a cutting‑edge AI environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
