About the role

The Room Services Coordinator delivers premium food‑and‑beverage service to guests at Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol, guiding them through the menu, taking orders, and ensuring every interaction reflects the ultra‑luxury standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Take and process room service orders, offering menu suggestions and alternative solutions.
• Maintain high service quality and consistency in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and internal emergency protocols.
• Utilise hotel computer systems to manage orders, billing, and inventory.
• Prioritise multiple tasks, manage workload efficiently, and support team collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in ultra‑luxury hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining service excellence.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in both Spanish and English.
• Valid work authorization in Mexico.
