About the role

Trans‑Pro Logistics is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to join its growing team in Cancun. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue for the company’s logistics services across North America and Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Conduct cold calls and actively develop new business opportunities.
• Negotiate rates and stay informed on market trends.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and ongoing client support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Manage accounts and contribute to overall portfolio growth.

Required profile

• Strong confidence in cold calling and outbound sales.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
