Sales Ambassador – On‑Trade (Puerto Vallarta & Region)

About the role

Moët Hennessy is seeking a Sales Ambassador to drive commercial growth across Puerto Vallarta and surrounding luxury hospitality venues. The role focuses on the On‑Trade channel, managing premium hotels, restaurants and bars while representing the company’s portfolio of luxury wines and spirits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales, distribution, profitability and market‑share targets in the assigned territory (Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita, Careyes, Tepic, Nuevo Vallarta, Sayulita, San Pancho, etc.).
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with On‑Trade partners, ensuring brand visibility, proper inventory levels and compliance with agreements.
• Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, space allocations and volume commitments with key accounts.
• Oversee on‑premise activations, displays and brand initiatives, aligning with global and regional campaigns.
• Monitor and report weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs, including sales performance and forecasts.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in On‑Trade sales, preferably within luxury beverages.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple accounts and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
