About the role
OnMobile is seeking a Sales Director for Latin America, focused on Mexico and Brazil, to lead both existing business performance and new growth across the region. The role combines pipeline creation, strategic account development, and partnership management to drive recurring revenue and expand market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive business acquisition across LATAM, prioritising Mexico and Brazil while exploring new high‑potential markets.
- Collaborate with Regional Account Managers to track recurring revenue, forecast, flag risks and ensure quarterly targets are met.
- Identify, approach and close new Tier‑1 telecom operators, partners and distribution channels.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using direct outreach, industry network and strategic prospecting.
- Design market entry strategies, business cases and go‑to‑market plans for new countries.
- Maintain and expand footprint within existing accounts through upselling, cross‑selling and introduction of new digital services.
- Maintain C‑level relationships with telecom operators and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with global product, marketing and operations teams to adapt offerings to local needs.
- Act as regional People Director and mentor to ensure a high‑performing, aligned team.
Required profile
- 8+ years of B2B selling digital content and services to telecom operators, preferably across multiple Latin American countries.
- Proven track record of opening new markets and acquiring Tier‑1 telco clients.
- Strong network and relationships within telecom operators, including C‑level contacts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
