Sales Hunter – Industrial B2B (Querétaro)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Hunter to expand our industrial B2B footprint across Querétaro and the surrounding corridor. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and converting prospects into profitable contracts with manufacturing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and open new industrial accounts.
• Build and manage the commercial pipeline, including exploration, qualification, and closing meetings.
• Maintain disciplined follow‑up of opportunities in the CRM.
• Achieve sales quota, floor, and leading indicators.
• Identify expansion and reactivation opportunities.
• Conduct commercial visits to manufacturing plants and industrial parks.
• Coordinate proposals, quotations, and closing activities with internal teams.
• Keep forecasts and commercial opportunities updated.
• Protect pricing, margin, and commercial conditions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or industrial sales.
• Strong prospecting and new‑business‑generation mindset.
• Ability to build a market from the ground up.
• Disciplined use of CRM and pipeline management.
• Resilient in long industrial sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel for field sales and customer visits.
