Sales Manager - Opening Mama Shelter Mexico City

About the role

Mama Shelter is launching its first hotel in Mexico City, in the La Roma neighbourhood, and is looking for a Sales Manager. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners and local businesses.
• Drive room nights, F&B buyouts and event sales to meet or exceed revenue and occupancy targets.
• Represent the hotel locally: attend industry events and host prospective clients at the restaurant.
• Work with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations on packages, corporate rates and profitability.
• Track sales performance, monitor competitors and prepare forecasting and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the lifestyle, boutique or design-led hotel industry; experience in the Mexico City market is a major plus.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Natural networker with high emotional intelligence and a persuasive, results-driven approach.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in hotel sales systems and CRM tools.
