About the role
We are seeking a confident and charismatic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role you will engage prospects via phone and email, build genuine relationships, understand their needs and guide conversations toward successful sales.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to potential clients.
- Establish trust and genuine connections with prospects.
- Ask insightful questions to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up to keep sales opportunities progressing.
- Represent the company professionally in all communications.
Required profile
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service or a similar client‑facing role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Confident, personable and charismatic communication style.
- Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal abilities.
- Patient, persistent and comfortable with regular follow‑up.
- Resourceful, quick thinker with a results‑driven mindset.
