SAP Cutover Manager – Lead S/4HANA Go-Live

About the role

The SAP Cutover Manager will lead the cutover activities for a SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to coordinate data migration, system configuration, and go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with business, technical and infrastructure teams to confirm all cutover prerequisites are met.
• Plan, execute and monitor cutover rehearsals to validate readiness and identify risks.
• Communicate cutover schedules, status updates and issue logs to stakeholders.
• Manage the live cutover phase, including data migration, system switch‑over, issue resolution and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Propose and implement measures to minimise downtime and ensure a stable production environment.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of project management experience, preferably in SAP or large‑scale IT transformations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a detail‑oriented, documentation‑focused work style.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across global teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities during critical go‑live periods.
