SAP SD Consultant – Order to Cash

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to lead Order to Cash (O2C) processes for our Guadalajara site. You will act as the process lead for SAP Sales & Distribution, ensuring smooth order management, pricing, invoicing and master data maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD functional activities, including order management, pricing, invoicing and related master data.
• Identify and resolve business process issues, propose optimisations and support continuous improvement.
• Analyse new SAP capabilities, work with key users to implement enhancements.
• Coordinate training, testing and data migration activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Provide second‑level support to key users, mentor them and maintain up‑to‑date process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, resolve complex problems and drive decisions in project meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business process consultancy experience, including participation in SAP implementation projects.
• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience as a SAP SD process expert.
• Strong consultancy, communication and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels.

Required skills

• SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module expertise.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules and integration points.
• Process documentation, training and change‑management capabilities.
