SAP Security and GRC Specialist

About the role

This remote position supports a secure, compliant, and well‑governed SAP landscape for a multinational organization. The specialist will manage security roles, enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD), and drive GRC initiatives while ensuring audit readiness and licensing compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for corporate and vendor user access, evaluate role change requests, and resolve high‑priority authorization issues.
• Collaborate with AMS security consultants, business users, and IT teams across all sites.
• Participate in SAP initiatives (Fiori, new modules, partner solutions) ensuring SoD standards and best practices.
• Maintain and enhance GRC Access Risk Analysis (ARA) and Emergency Access Management (EAM) processes, and extend GRC footprint with ARM, BRM, and UAR modules.
• Extract data for user access reviews, generate SoD reports, and support SOX/ITGC audits.
• Address SAP STAR findings, manage FUE license usage, and develop SOPs for audit automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing, configuring, and supporting role‑based authorizations for SAP S/4HANA and GRC systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, SoD governance, and audit compliance.
• Fluent Spanish and ability to work PST business hours.
