About the role

Join Premier Capital Hellas, the operator of 32 McDonald’s restaurants in Greece, as a Seasonal Restaurant Crew member. You will work in popular tourist locations – Crete, Laganas and Santorini – delivering the iconic McDonald’s experience to guests throughout the busy season.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests quickly and courteously, ensuring a consistent McDonald’s experience.
• Prepare and assemble menu items following company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
• Operate point‑of‑sale equipment and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service targets during rotating shifts.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset and passion for food.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
