About the role

Join Premier Capital Hellas, the operator of 32 McDonald’s restaurants in Greece, as a Seasonal Restaurant Crew member. You will work in popular tourist locations – Crete, Laganas and Santorini – delivering the iconic McDonald’s experience to guests throughout the busy season.

Key responsibilities

Serve guests quickly and courteously, ensuring a consistent McDonald’s experience.
Prepare and assemble menu items following company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
Operate point‑of‑sale equipment and handle cash transactions.
Collaborate with team members to meet service targets during rotating shifts.

Required profile

High School Diploma.
Good command of English.
Ability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Team‑oriented mindset and passion for food.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
