Senior Business Analyst – Data & Analytics

About the role

As a Business Analyst, you ensure that both ongoing and upcoming work delivers business value to the client.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Design and develop business architectures that align with clients' strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI to improve business processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing business processes, including data governance.
• Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables.
• Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, translating complex challenges into scalable data solutions.
• Develop accelerators, frameworks, and best practices that elevate delivery capabilities.
• Identify new opportunities and help expand client relationships.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product development, ideally within Data and Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for complex data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Familiarity with APIs and understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies.
• Direct client‑facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
• Skilled at facilitating workshops, managing conflict, and building consensus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Data‑driven decision‑maker who quantifies business value and ROI.
