Senior Data Analyst – BigQuery (Health & Wellness, 3‑month)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Data Manager to bridge the gap between technical data infrastructure and strategic business decision‑making. You will build scalable data models in Looker/LookML and write advanced SQL in Google BigQuery to surface executive‑level insights, trends, and growth opportunities across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to understand business questions, deliver timely analysis, and surface data‑driven improvement opportunities.
• Design, maintain, and monitor ad‑hoc and recurring Looker reports and dashboards, tracking key business metrics.
• Build, optimize, and document LookML models that support scalable analysis across the organization.
• Audit existing dashboards and data sources, identify consolidation opportunities, and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with Data Engineering.
• Develop and maintain predictive models forecasting business outcomes and customer behavior.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with hands‑on expertise in Google BigQuery, including query optimization and schema design.
• Strong experience with Looker and LookML for data modeling, dashboarding, and report automation.
• Experience with predictive modeling techniques such as regression and forecasting.
