Senior Designer – Packaging & Digital Assets

About the role

The Senior Designer (Nearshore) creates and delivers high‑quality packaging and digital design assets for label partners and major retail platforms. You will work on physical formats such as Steelbook, UHD, Blu‑ray and DVD, as well as Amazon and Movies Unlimited digital campaigns, while mentoring junior designers and upholding Alliance creative standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop key art, packaging, and digital assets for label partner releases, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, licensing, and retail specifications.
• Prepare production‑ready files for UHD, Blu‑ray, DVD, and Steelbook formats, maintaining expertise in file setup, print standards, and vendor requirements.
• Perform quality control on final artwork, manage color accuracy, and deliver approved files to US‑based printing facilities.
• Design Amazon A+ content, banners, and retail campaigns, supporting high‑volume retail deliverables with consistency and performance.
• Mentor and manage two junior designers, reviewing work and ensuring quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Creative Manager, US leadership, and the Asset Coordinator to ensure smooth asset flow and delivery.
• Expand scope over time to include Studio TV and Catalog titles, beyond non‑studio label partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in home entertainment, film, TV, or packaging design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing Amazon campaign work and packaging, including Steelbook production.
• Deep understanding of print production, color management, and vendor workflows.
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring designers.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
