Senior Director, MDS – Mexico North

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, MDS for the Mexico North region. You will shape and execute the Route‑to‑Market (RTM) strategy, partnering with bottlers and commercial leaders to drive growth across all beverage categories.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the most effective RTM models to maximize portfolio growth in the North region.
• Lead negotiations and rollout of RTM models with the Mexico North bottler, aligning with customer, commercial, and franchise leadership.
• Drive multi‑stakeholder strategic projects, ensuring alignment, engagement, and rapid execution.
• Create execution toolkits—including processes, tools, commercial levers, and compensation structures—to support RTM deployment.
• Define and govern success metrics to track commercial performance, execution health, and financial impact.
• Develop capabilities and tools that enhance bottler readiness and system‑wide alignment.
• Collaborate with channel specialists to identify and accelerate opportunities across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Direct‑to‑Consumer, and Digital channels.
• Set long‑term RTM vision, strategy, and KPIs, and influence bottling partners to commit to the roadmap.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in commercial strategy, route‑to‑market design, and partnership management within the beverage or consumer‑goods industry.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
