About the role

We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining enterprise‑grade applications using Java, Spring Boot and React while collaborating closely with clients and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

Develop high‑quality, maintainable code for new features and existing systems using Java, Spring Boot, React and related technologies.
Lead the design and implementation of complex features across the full stack.
Translate functional product requirements into robust backend and frontend solutions.
Write and maintain unit, integration and contract tests, supporting TDD practices.
Apply SOLID principles, design patterns and scalable architecture techniques.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Engage with clients to clarify requirements and provide regular updates.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define scope, timelines and delivery plans.
Troubleshoot, debug and optimise applications for performance, scalability and reliability.
Work with large‑scale enterprise systems, complex integrations and distributed transactions.

Required profile

5‑8+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven collaboration abilities.
Experience leading design discussions and mentoring team members.
Ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Legacy technologies: JSF, AngularJS, jQuery, JBoss, Log4j, Eclipse STS

CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery practices
