About the role
We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining enterprise‑grade applications using Java, Spring Boot and React while collaborating closely with clients and cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop high‑quality, maintainable code for new features and existing systems using Java, Spring Boot, React and related technologies.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex features across the full stack.
- Translate functional product requirements into robust backend and frontend solutions.
- Write and maintain unit, integration and contract tests, supporting TDD practices.
- Apply SOLID principles, design patterns and scalable architecture techniques.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Engage with clients to clarify requirements and provide regular updates.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define scope, timelines and delivery plans.
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimise applications for performance, scalability and reliability.
- Work with large‑scale enterprise systems, complex integrations and distributed transactions.
Required profile
- 5‑8+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven collaboration abilities.
- Experience leading design discussions and mentoring team members.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.

- Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring AOP, JPA, Hibernate
- Microservices architecture
- React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Context API, React Hooks
- RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML
- SQL Server or Oracle DB, SQL
- Legacy technologies: JSF, AngularJS, jQuery, JBoss, Log4j, Eclipse STS
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Testing frameworks: JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library
- CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery practices
