Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise‑level strategic initiatives for our professional services firm. The role requires an execution‑focused leader who can align projects with business objectives and drive outcomes across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle, cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Define project scope, goals, success criteria, and maintain strict control over timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary liaison for project sponsors and senior leadership, presenting risk assessments and recovery plans.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate complex risks early, escalating with strategic recommendations.
• Optimize resource allocation and monitor financial performance to stay within cost constraints.
• Drive process improvements within the Enterprise PMO and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of proven experience managing large‑scale, enterprise‑level projects.
• Strong command presence, ownership mentality, and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and mitigating risks.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, hybrid.
• Portfolio collaboration tools: JIRA, Asana, MS Project.
• Relevant certifications (preferred): PMP, PMI‑ACP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma.
