Senior Sales Manager – Retail Channel

About the role

We are looking for a senior sales manager to lead our key department‑store, price‑club, online and multibrand accounts in Mexico City. The role will be responsible for developing joint business plans, driving sales growth and ensuring profitability across the channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans with major retail partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering seasonal sales, margin structures, trade terms, assortment strategy and expansion initiatives.
• Achieve net sales, retail sales and profitability targets for the assigned channel.
• Monitor market trends and retailer performance to identify whitespace opportunities and drive distribution expansion.
• Coach and develop a team of two Key Account Managers and three sales executives.
• Oversee inventory health, rotation, sell‑through and promotional effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment with Finance, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and HR.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with retailers and implement recovery plans when performance lags.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior sales or key‑account management within retail or consumer‑goods environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market data into actionable growth strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Leadership experience managing a small sales team.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
