Senior Sourcing Manager

About the role

The Senior Sourcing Manager leads the end‑to‑end sourcing process, making execution decisions, managing supplier awards, and ensuring cost outcomes align with merchant‑defined guardrails. This role oversees program performance from production through shipment, collaborating closely with merchandising, supply chain, and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Determine sourcing execution approach (bid vs. negotiate) and select suppliers.
• Lead RFQs, conduct supplier negotiations, and award business contracts.
• Approve costs within merchant guardrails.
• Own and continuously optimize the supplier matrix, including onboarding, development, diversification, and exits.
• Monitor programs during production and shipment, resolving issues in partnership with Supply Chain, CMA, and Replenishment.
• Maintain supplier risk mitigation and cost control throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
