Senior Systems Administrator – Office 365

About the role

The Senior Systems Administrator will own the support and maintenance of Resideo’s global Office 365 environment, with a focus on SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange. Working closely with network, security, and IT Service Management teams, you will ensure a reliable, cost‑effective platform that meets evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Lead Office 365 migrations, system design, and service delivery improvements.
• Develop and document operational procedures, topology diagrams, and disaster‑recovery plans.
• Monitor service health, respond to third‑level incidents, and coordinate with Microsoft support.
• Collaborate with business units to drive adoption of new Office 365 capabilities.
• Write PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing Office 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities across enterprise platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with engineers and managers at all levels.
• Fluent English communication skills.
