Senior Systems Engineer – Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure

About the role

Motivus is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead enterprise infrastructure modernization across on‑premises and hybrid cloud environments. You will design, implement, and support critical systems while ensuring stability, scalability, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure on‑premises and in hybrid cloud.
• Administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including user lifecycle, Group Policies, role governance, Conditional Access, and security controls.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, licensing, permissions, governance, and compliance.
• Lead datacenter migrations, hardware refresh programs, cloud adoption projects, and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam) meeting RTO/RPO objectives.
• Support virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Manage Windows Server, SAN, and NAS storage environments.
• Collaborate with application teams, IT leadership, vendors, and stakeholders on infrastructure projects.
• Monitor infrastructure health, respond to incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and create preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, SOPs, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing enterprise‑scale environments and leading infrastructure transformation initiatives.
• Strong technical expertise in hybrid cloud, virtualization, and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
