Software Engineer – Full Stack (Java & TypeScript)

About the role

GlobalLogic is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to drive modernization of its web and mobile platforms. You will work on large‑scale applications, help migrate legacy code, and support monthly release cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new software solutions and modernization tasks for web and mobile platforms.
• Support Superpudu monthly release management and staged rollout activities.
• Lead JavaScript‑to‑TypeScript migration initiatives.
• Maintain and modernize existing web infrastructure and legacy components.
• Contribute to migration efforts such as Pinto_test_suite to js_test_suite, Jswire to state provider, and Fava delegates to closure delegates.
• Write and maintain strong test coverage to improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Communicate technical challenges and implementation strategies with the team.
• Participate actively in scrum meetings and sprint activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full‑stack web development.
• Strong background in Java and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with large‑scale web applications and modernization projects.
• Familiarity with release management and production rollout processes is preferred.
