Senior User Experience Designer

About the role

Wizeline is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to lead the creation of end‑to‑end digital experiences that drive customer engagement and meet business objectives. You will work across multiple platforms, applying human‑centered design principles to solve complex problems for AI‑powered products.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive digital experiences across web and mobile that align with business goals.
• Apply human‑centered design methods to frame problems, co‑create solutions, and generate value across touchpoints.
• Produce UX deliverables such as site maps, user flows, experience maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate user insights and behavioral data into design strategies that support KPIs.
• Conduct comparative analyses, stakeholder interviews, and research to uncover innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, engineering, legal, compliance and delivery teams to ensure accessible, ADA‑compliant designs.
• Utilize visual and interaction design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud) to iterate quickly.
• Participate in critiques, workshops, and evolve the design system, including AI‑enabled UX practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing user‑centered digital products.
• Proven ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, able to energize and guide cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working with regulatory and compliance stakeholders, especially in financial contexts.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
