Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Rockstar is seeking a proactive Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to own the external digital presence of its eCommerce services business. You will create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms, run email campaigns, and keep the website up‑to‑date, all while telling the company’s story and strengthening its market position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging graphics, short‑form video, written posts, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Participate in relevant Reddit communities and industry forums to build brand awareness.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Update and maintain website content, including blog posts, team updates, service pages, and case studies.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to source client success stories and industry insights.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Strong written communication skills in English – professional, engaging, and error‑free.
• Experience creating visual content with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
